There are few short term orlong term benefits or expenses to renting. The lease is for a specific time or may be on a month to month basis. Most rental units will hold a security deposit during the tenancy, but that money will be refunded if the property is left in good condition.
The average cost to rent in Montgomery County is about $2,900 a month. $2,900 monthly will purchase a home in the price range of about $480,000.
